Flexible foam polyether/Polyol 3000 MW

Flexible foam polyether polyol is a tri-functional hydroxyl-terminated polyether specially engineered for soft polyurethane foam production. It is synthesized via ring-opening polymerization of propylene oxide (PO) and partial ethylene oxide (EO), initiated with glycerin (triol starter). The EO capping on molecular chain end enhances reactivity with isocyanates (TDI / MDI) and improves foam surface curing efficiency. General molecular weight ranges from 3000 to 6000 g/mol, with typical hydroxyl value 28–56 mgKOH/g. The ether linkage structure endows finished foam excellent hydrolytic stability, low compression set and outstanding resilience compared with polyester foam systems.
